Debate: "Management Strategies for Contemporary Leaders". Challenges and solutions in leadership, followed by a question and answer session.
Meeting 04: 20/08 - Personal Evolution and Well-being
Lecture: "Work-Life Balance", followed by a mindfulness and stress management workshop , with time for guided meditation.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
ABOUT MARIA BRAZIL
Consultant, teacher, writer and speaker.
Founder of Essence Branding, a B Corp branding and strategy consultancy focused on synchronizing brand positioning and organizational culture.
After being the first female President of the National Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs, she is the current President of the entity's Advisory Board, as well as an advisor to the National Council of Businesswomen and Culture and a Member of the Ethics Committee of the Instituto Capitalismo Consciente Brasil.
TEDx Speaker and international speaker, at the age of 25 he published his first book, “O Discurso do Réu”, a work in which he deals with topics such as Marketing and ESG.
She currently lives in London, United Kingdom, where she is studying for a Masters in Brands, Communication and Culture at Goldsmiths University of London and is a professor at ESPM São Paulo and the Federal University of Bahia.
