Founder of Essence Branding, a branding and strategy consultancy certified by Sistema B, focused on synchronizing brand positioning and organizational culture.

 

Master in Brands, Communication and Culture from the University of London, Goldsmiths and professor at ESPM São Paulo and the Federal University of Bahia.

 

TEDx Speaker and international lecturer, author of “The Defendant’s Speech”, a work that debates the dilemma of the impact of business on society, humorously bringing together references from classic and contemporary thinkers in the areas of economics and communication.

 

After being the first female President of the National Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs, she now serves on the entity's Advisory Board, as well as being an advisor on the National Council of Businesswomen and Culture and a Member of the Ethics Committee of the Instituto Capitalismo Consciente Brasil.
